Everything was great, fairly clean hotel, comfy location close to everything. The room was neat and fabulous, I liked the bed and clean bathroom. The staff was welcoming, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location: the venue was so close to Killeen, shopping areas, surrounding stores and restaurants. I found nice Bush's Chicken by accident, it was relatively near the hotel. The property provided decent prices.

I found the staff very helpful and accommodating, the lingering smell in the hallway was quite off-putting. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, but the remodeling noises were distracting at times. Still, with the friendly attitude from staff, it was great.

The staff were polite and accommodating too. I stayed in the room that was updated and clean and available with the sofa bed and the bath tub, as for instance.

The check-in process was efficiently handled by staff.
My first room had a malfunctioning TV, and the replacement room's refrigerator didn't work either. Despite bringing these concerns to the manager, I received no assistance, just an apology. It was disappointing, especially since I've enjoyed prior visits here.

Great Comfort Near Fort Cavazos!
I spent 5 nights at this hotel while working near Fort Cavazos, and the staff made the difference! The room was well-maintained and surprisingly clean for an older hotel. The breakfast spread was satisfying, especially the fresh waffles! Definitely check out the coffee in the lobby.
